2. -That you have fully read and agreed to the Terms of Service as resented.I will work under assumption that you have read the T.o.S.I retain the right to cancel a commission and refund up to one third of the amount paid at my discretion should a violation in my Terms of Service occur.I reserve the right to modify, alter, and recolor sketches on new commissions.My artwork and commissions- under no circumstance, can be used for NFT's, A.I. Training for Generated Images.-General Information-Commissions are for Personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/ banners, but not for Profit. Please reach out to discuss commercial items; Additional Fees will apply for commercial rights.Listed prices are the base price and cannot be lowered with the exception of discounts. Do not ask for discounts. Price may increase based on any additional content/requests.I own all the rights to my works. I am allowed to post the art to my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to post it to my portfolio.You will not repost/share my work without proper credit.
Full Proper Credit as defined by Myself: “Username”, “website”, and “URL to the website found”.Fanart Commissions consisting of characters from Games/Series/etc may be used by me for physical prints, stickers, and the like to sell.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel I cannot meet the skill level required for the art in question or should it fall under topics and subjects I do not do.Please provide FULL Visual references. UNSHADED Reference Sheets preferred, though not required. I will attempt to make the art as faithful to the character in MY art style as possible, but if no unshaded references are provided- I will do my best. Non-Visual References may incur an additional fee or the commission declined.Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. I may take up to 3 Months to finish a piece of art due to my IRL life constraints, such as emergencies. I value my art and try to do my best to make it as best to your specifications as possible so please be patient.I have very update orientated so I will give updates and request feedback. If I do not hear from you within 3 days of giving an update and requesting feedback, I WILL take that as a sign that you approve and I can move on to the next stage. I make sure to update my Trello when I am on stages.-Payment Information-You must present me with your current and valid email address prior to payment.Payment will be via Paypal Only. I will send an Invoice to receive payment. A deposit of one 50% of the total is required before I begin; said deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.Once the sketch is approved, the other 50% of the payment is required and must be paid in full before I finish.If for any reason you need to cancel the commission prior to sketch approval but after the deposit, I will retain One Third of the Total as Compensation for work attained and Time lost.-Process-Once started sketching, I will present you with “Progress...” Updates of where I am currently in the sketch- including color-blocking as necessary.After confirmation of sketch being approved, any opportunity for a refund request has then passed and I will complete the art in question unless issued by me. To re-iterate, No Refunds may be requested after Sketch Approval, any charge back at this point is hereby deemed illegal as of this agreement.Once I am finished, I will send a final image for review. You may request up to 3 MINOR revisions. Any more after that will incur a $25.00 Revision Fee per adjustment that MUST be paid in full before I continue.Once the final artwork is accepted, I will then provide you with a personalized Dropbox Link for you to pick up your Full Resolution Artwork .PNG files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media. No Physical Artwork will be delivered.By Commissioning me, You have agreed and hereby stated that you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to everything in my Terms of Service listed above.
